  • There is an MSA between iLabor and the client, client maintained supplier contracts and suppliers signed an End User Licensing Agreement with iLabor (EULA)
  • Confidentiality agreement and segregation of data to protect the client
  • Rapid implementation timeline established to include due diligence, customization, user testing, vendor and user communication and training, and the ability to accommodate on-going change controls

  • Recruiters are now able to send orders to secondary supplier community via one system with a single sign on eliminating multiple emails
  • Supplier submittals come back into the client’s ATS via iLabor, allowing recruiters to have all available candidates in one place fostering qualified candidate “speed to market”
  • Suppliers receive “real time” feedback on candidate progress as recruiters update the ATS system.
  • Suppliers are willing to dedicate more recruiting prowess as they are not only getting “real time” feedback, but also can see all order availability in one spot (not just what specific recruiters want to share)

iLabor’s staffing industry client has a centralized supplier program headed up by a Director level leader. They have developed their secondary supplier community to 30 suppliers nationwide. Each year they do an RFP to rationalize their supplier community and approximately 20% of their overall company revenue is spent with secondary suppliers.
